Setup POP Email On Outlook 2010

Microsoft Outlook 2010

  1. Click the Tools menu, select Accounts Settings

  2. Select Add Account

  3. Click to select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next

  4. Select Internet E-mail and click Next

  5. Fill in the following section
    User Information
    Your Name:Fill in the user name (Display Name)
    Email Address: Fill your email  (
    Server Information
    Incoming mail server3 (POP3):
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
    Login Information
    User Name
    : Fill your email and press Next  (
    Password: Fill your Password

  6. When completed, press the More Settings
    Select Tab Advanced
    Select check box  This server requires a secure connection (SSL)ใต้ข้อความ Incoming mail server (POP3)and then change is 995 As below
    Select Use the following type of encrypted connection choose TLS under text Outgoing mail server (SMTP) then change is number from 25 is 587 As below

  7. Click Tab Outgoing Server
    Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and then choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server as below and click OK and click Finish
